Individual therapy with Dr. Courtney Chappell is designed to provide thoughtful, individualized care in a supportive and collaborative space. Sessions integrate evidence-based practices with warmth, curiosity, and respect for each client’s lived experience, emphasizing insight, emotional regulation, and meaningful change.
$200 per 45–55 minute session

Couples therapy with Dr. Courtney Chappell supports partners in strengthening connection, communication, and emotional understanding. Drawing from Gottman Method and Interpersonal Couples Therapy, sessions focus on improving conflict management, deepening intimacy, and understanding relational patterns that shape the relationship.
$250 per 55-60 minute appointment

WARP training offers practical, evidence-informed learning experiences that support employee well-being while aiming to enhance performance, engagement, and retention. Trainings include Mental Health Awareness & Psychological Safety, Stress Management & Resilience, and Customized Organizational Interventions focused on burnout prevention, return-to-work adjustment, change management stress, and conflict resolution with psychological insight. These trainings are designed to be immediately applicable, aligned with organizational goals, and supportive of healthier communication, reduced absenteeism, and a more resilient workforce.
$500 per 60 minute training
