Dr. Courtney Chappell is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who provides compassionate, evidence-based care for mood disorders, substance use concerns, anger-related challenges, and psychological distress related to life or medical stressors. She works with children, adults, couples, and groups, offering therapy that is both research-informed and deeply personal.

Dr. Chappell integrates CBT, DBT, ACT, family systems approaches, and mindfulness-based strategies to collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans.
